1.绝缘系统不同工况采用不同绝缘处理方式槽绝缘，层绝缘，相间绝缘旋转烘焙滴浸和真空压力浸漆系统，确保绕组浸漆充分，延长绝缘寿命；

3.轴承及密封设计，轴承运行寿命长、润滑间隔长，进口轴承（标配SKF）标配高规格润滑脂，高效冷却系统确保轴承低温运行方便操作的轴承润滑设计，大型电机配有润滑表 （280到450机座) 密封设计，先进的内轴承盖密封，防止润滑油泄漏进入电机内部，避免损伤绕组，根据电机型号不同采用径向密封，迷宫式密封或V形环密封，适用于不同工况；

9.大接线盒，接线盒能够4x90°旋转，适用于各方向出线/进线（注意：71-132基座要加VC022实现），旁出线和顶出线接线盒相同，所需备件更少，所有检测元件接线端子都可安装在接线盒内（标准配置单独的检测元件葛兰），独立的出线孔板,可方便更换出线孔大小，接线板下有橡胶密封圈，可提供辅助接线盒,并可在电机到达现场后安装
