焊接技巧/Soldering tips:

Zevatron soldering tips are made from pure electrolytic copper. This material ensures the best thermal conductivity. To protect against corrosion, the soldering tips are completely nickel-plated.

技术版本/Technical versions

标准烙铁头直径为5；6；7.5；9.5；15；19.5 或 30 毫米。焊头长度根据温度和功率来适应各自的任务。可用的烙铁头形状如示意图所示。

The standard soldering tip diameters are 5; 6; 7.5; 9.5; 15; 19.5 or 30mm. The soldering tip lengths are adapted to the respective task in terms of temperature and power. The available shapes of soldering tips are shown in the schematic diagram.

永久焊接头/Permanent soldering tips:

Zevatron 永久烙铁头也由纯电解铜制成。通过尖端上均匀且有弹性的铁涂层，可以保护永久性焊接尖端免受焊料侵蚀和助焊剂腐蚀。烙铁头的其余部分均镀铬。焊接翅片也经过预镀锡。由于这种表面处理，永久烙铁头的使用寿命延长了 10 至 20 倍，这意味着即使长时间使用烙铁头也不需要返工。

Zevatron permanent soldering tips are also made from pure electrolytic copper. The permanent soldering tips are protected against erosion by solder and corrosion by fluxes by a homogeneous and elastic iron coating on the tip. The rest of the soldering tip is chrome plated. The soldering fin is also pre-tinned. Thanks to this surface treatment, the permanent soldering tips have a service life that is 10 to 20 times longer, meaning the tip does not need to be reworked even after long periods of use.

For heating and plastic welding, ZEVATRON supplies special welding mirrors that are inserted into the soldering iron. They are available in different materials. They can be delivered both bare and coated.
