The FMN-V 12 Blue series was developed for the separation of air pollutants on machine tools.
Our filter systems are supplied ready for connection, with an integrated fan.
The housing is made of sturdy, torsion-free sheet steel, painted in RAL 7035 or per customer wishes. Installation of the unit is enabled by the two feet on the housing.
The maintenance door provides very easy access to the filter elements. The undertray of the filter system serves as an oil drip pan; on the outside, there is a 3/4" connection to the oil return line. The soiling indicator fitted to the unit shows at what point the plug-in filter modules have become soiled to an extent that it is no longer reasonably possible to guarantee the function of the filter unit.
As soon as the needle is in the red area, the front plug-in modules should be cleaned and filter stage 5 (main filter stage) replaced. For information on this, refer to our Maintenance schedule (9.1).
Smoke, aerosols and suspended particulate matter are separated mechanically by the filter stages. The unit is equipped with a V-formed particulate filter.
